CISA can check for missing debits or credits, date, and amount. CISA's error-checking procedure will warn users of omissions and errors in the entries. This prevents user from running subsequent macros with erroneous financial data.

Access Controls for Users
Every time user opens CISA, the user and the current time is entered in the User Login Tab so administration can monitor the changes in the file. Moreover, only the Manager user can change the passwords of all users.
